What this site may collect
When you contact us or request access, we process the information you provide (such as name, organization, and email) to respond and to assess fit for the private beta. Technical data (for example logs or analytics) may be used to operate and secure the service. Details specific to your organization are provided during institutional evaluation.
Retention
We retain contact and evaluation correspondence only as needed for those purposes or as required by law. Contractual arrangements with clubs and federations define retention for product data.
